In the event of system failure, the dynamic reactive power adjustment capability of the device can speed up the recovery process of internal working conditions after fault removal; Under the condition of load change, the device can significantly reduce the voltage fluctuation of the substation, which has a good effect on the safe operation and stable power quality of the process equipment and substation.
This series of hybrid reactive power compensation device is installed on the 10(6)kV side of the user's power supply system, which controls the reactive power compensated by the device according to the lack of reactive power of the access point of the device, which can stabilize the power factor of the user's 10(6)kV side and reduce the impact of powerless fluctuations on the power grid. It has a good effect on the safe operation of user equipment and stable power quality.
The unified controller adopts Ti's latest digital signal processor, takes 10 (6)kV bus voltage, current, power factor, reactive power as the switching criterion, adopts intelligent control algorithm, and supports dynamic + static hybrid compensation mode of cyclic switching, coding switching, filter switching and other switching modes, which can achieve instantaneous rapid response and ensure switching accuracy. The controller operation has manual switching function and remote control function. When the integrated controller detects that the system is reactive, the control unit can analyze the required reactive power capacity and select the closest compensation circuit combination for switching. The switching principle is that the basic reactive power is provided by static compensation, and the fluctuation reactive power is provided by dynamic compensation, which improves the use efficiency of the equipment under the premise of ensuring the power factor.
The integrated controller uses high-speed signal processor DSP as the CPU, the operation speed can reach 20 million / second, and the use of 16-bit AD can realize high-speed synchronous sampling, collect three-phase voltage and current signals, sampling frequency 3.2kHz, fast FFT (Fourier transform) algorithm to accurately detect 2~50 harmonics; When the harmonic voltage and current exceed the protection value, the controller can quickly remove each group of capacitors to avoid damage caused by harmonic overload.
The integrated controller can store and record the whole point data, data and various events, and the data storage time is more than 60 days; Configure a variety of communication interfaces and communication protocols, and realize remote online monitoring, browsing and setting through telemetry, remote signaling and remote control.
