Product Introduction

DF-HFC series high-voltage reactive power compensation and filtering device, composed of shunt capacitor, series reactor, fuse and supporting equipment, is mainly suitable for high-voltage transmission and distribution network substations of electric power, metallurgy, coal mine, railway, petroleum, machinery, chemical industry, port, light industry, building materials and other industrial and mining enterprises, so as to realize reactive power compensation and take into account the treatment of harmonics. The device can improve the power factor of the system, filter out harmonics, improve the quality of the power grid, reduce the loss of transformers and lines, provide the transmission capacity of transmission lines, give full play to the economic benefits of power transmission and transformation equipment, and effectively improve the stability of the power supply system to ensure the power quality of power equipment in the same network.。

  • The complete set of devices can be framed outdoor installation or cabinet indoor installation;

  • With manual/automatic control mode; The automatic control mode can track the load compensation in real time;

  • Flexible compensation grouping ensures sensitivity and reduces investment costs;

  • The device adopts vacuum contactor or vacuum circuit breaker for cutting, which can be operated frequently;

  • Each group of capacitors is equipped with a discharge coil, which can reduce the residual voltage to less than 50V within 5 minutes;

  • Each group of capacitors can be protected by relay or microcomputer protection control unit to realize overcurrent, voltage imbalance, system undervoltage, overvoltage protection of the capacitor bank. When a certain group of capacitors fails, the group of capacitors can be cut off without affecting the use of other capacitors;

  • A single capacitor has spray fuse protection, and each group is equipped with lightning arrester operating overvoltage and lightning strike overvoltage protection;

  • Large screen LCD display controller, real-time display system voltage, current, power factor;

  • Each group can be configured with a reactor to suppress closing inrush current or suppress harmonic amplification.
