Product Introduction

BW-SVG series high voltage static reactive power generator is a reactive power compensation system with IGBT as the core, which can provide capacitive or inductive reactive power quickly and continuously, realize the control of constant reactive power, constant voltage and constant power factor at the assessment point, and ensure the stable, efficient and high-quality operation of the power system. In the distribution network, installing small and medium-capacity SVG products near certain special loads (such as electric arc furnaces, intermediate frequency furnaces, refining furnaces) can significantly improve the power quality at the connection point between the load and the public grid, such as providing power factor, balancing three-phase voltage, suppressing voltage flicker and voltage fluctuations, and controlling harmonic pollution. Widely used in petrochemical, power system, metallurgy, electrified railway, urban construction and other industries, for a variety of asynchronous motors, transformers, thyristor converters, frequency converters, induction furnaces, lighting equipment, electric arc furnaces, electric locomotives, hoists, cranes, stamping machines, cranes, elevators, wind turbines, welding machines, resistance furnaces, quartz melting furnaces and other equipment to provide high-quality, high-reliability reactive power compensation and filtering solutions.

Indoor type

10kV three-phase SVG equipment with a rated capacity of less than 1Mvar is recommended to be designed according to the 0.4kV step-down type.

Ⅱ 35kV direct mounted intensive BW-SVG high-voltage dynamic reactive power compensation device

The 35kV direct-mounted SVG eliminates the step-down transformer, which has obvious advantages such as small rated current, low IGBT on-state loss and small calorific value, and has become the main development direction of 35kV voltage level SVG.

  • Safety: transformers can be omitted, and the design is exempt from considering the fire safety of transformers;

  • Civil: no need to equip transformer sumps, firewalls or fire escapes;

  • Low loss: Compared with step-down SVG, its rated current is small, IGBT has low on-state loss and low heat generation;

  • Reliability: IGBT switching frequency is reduced, higher reliability;

  • Compactness: Reduced footprint, more compact and beautiful layout.
